**_Aerotek is Hiring Welders for a Steel Shop in Post Falls!_** **Job Responsibilities:** + Perform Flux Core Dual Shield welding on structural steel. + Execute a high volume of fillet welds daily to produce steel I-beams and columns. + Work from blueprints and handle some materials as needed. + This is a shop-based welding position, not on job sites. **Requirements:** + Previous experience with Flux Core or Hardwire welding is essential. + A minimum of 3 years of experience, which can include on-the-job training and welding school/trade school. + Ability to read blueprints, fit, and fabricate. + FCAW WABO or AWS certification is preferred. **Job Details:** + Day shift with frequent opportunities for overtime. + **Pay ranges from $25 to $30+ per hour,** based on experience and weld test results. + Potential for pay increases based on performance. + Benefits include medical insurance and a 401k plan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
