Job Title: Fabricator
Job Description

We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Fabricator. No prior experience is required, but a keen understanding of mechanical processes is essential.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble and install van equipment including but not limited to shelving, ladder racks, partitions, drawer units, storage systems, receiver hitches, running boards, and various accessories.Install equipment according to written and verbal directions.Use hand and power tools and equipment safely.Work with the upfit/installation team to meet job deadlines.Understand all product line parts and accessories.Maintain a clean and safe workspace.Other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsMechanical aptitude.Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints/schematics.1-2 years of wiring experience preferred.Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools to complete upfit/installation processes.Detail oriented.Ability to follow written and verbal directions.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a team and independently.Ability to meet deadlines.Additional Skills & QualificationsClean driving record.Comfortable driving occasionally within a 30-minute local radius if needed.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work is conducted in a small, clean manufacturing plant with a very small office space. There is one entrance where cars are brought in one at a time to work on. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 AM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Puyallup, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
