**Hiring for a Fabricator!!** **Job Title:** Skilled Fabricator **Location:** Saint Charles, Missouri **Pay Rate:** $ 19 – 20 per hour **Shift:** 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled fabricator to join our small shop where you will be responsible for assembling equipment. This role includes production assembly, inventory control, and general warehouse organization. You will need to produce quality work to prescribed standards, communicate clearly with personnel and customers, and work independently under supervision. **Responsibilities:** + Assemble equipment in a small shop environment. + Handle production assembly, inventory control, and general warehouse organization. + Use tools such as pipe threaders/groovers, hand tools, pneumatic tools, and compressed air equipment. + Ensure all work meets prescribed quality standards. + Communicate clearly both orally and in writing with other personnel and customers. + Work independently under the supervision of others. **Essential Skills:** + Experience with hand tools and mechanical equipment. + Skill in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints. + Knowledge of pipe fitting, fabrication, assembly, and production processes. + Proficiency in using power tools, including drills and impact wrenches. + Basic computer skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Experience with industrial piping and construction. + Ability to use measuring tools, such as tape measures and calipers. + Familiarity with threading, mechanical assembly, and general labor tasks. **Why Work Here?** Join a small, family-oriented shop that has recently become part of a larger company, providing opportunities for growth and stability.
