**Job Title: Fabricator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating enclosures to meet customer orders. You will work with blueprints, perform cutting and fabrication, use hand and power tools, and prepare materials for the next step in the process. **Responsibilities** + Process various types of steel. + Identify copper and steel thickness. + Cut copper and sheet steel using a shear. + Bend copper and steel using forming machinery. + Shear glastic and steel using hydraulic machinery. + Punch holes in copper and steel. + Wash, dry, and prepare steel parts for painting. + Debur and grind steel parts using hand tools **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings + Perform basic computer skills + Must be a team player and have good attendance + Ability to take direction, follow instructions, and work with others with a positive attitude + Proficiency in reading, writing, and conversing fluently in English **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or Technical School preferred but not required **Why Work Here?** We offer excellent benefits and long-term earning opportunities, including Group Health Insurance, Group Dental Insurance, Group Vision Insurance, Group Life Insurance, and Supplemental Insurance. We manufacture everything from start to finish in fabrication, welding, wiring, and assembly. The facility is very clean, newly designed, modern, and maintains comfortable temperatures for working. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.97 - $23.97/hr.
