You'll be able to hone your technical abilities through performing fabrication work for Aeronautical Accessories' manufacturing department under general supervision\. **What you'll be doing as a Fabricator** + Perform basic window and plastic fabrication under supervision + Assist with 1st piece inspection and completion of work orders + Identify and record parts and serial numbers for plastics and windows + Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area + Other duties as assigned **Skills you bring to this role** + Familiarity with basic measuring devices + Ability to use basic hand tools + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and work orders + Bell Drawings, Measurements, Sheet Metal \(Rivets\), Torque, Safety Wire, Cotter Pins, Proseal **Qualifications** **What you need to be successful** + High School Diploma or GED + 0\-2 years of experience related to job duties **Physical Requirements** + Ability to wear all required PPE specific to job duties \(may include respiratory equipment\)\. + Ability to operate basic hand tools and departmental equipment safely and efficiently in order to perform assigned job duties\. + Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds\. + Capable of standing for extended periods during the entire duration of shift\. + Ability to operate computer, to include keyboard, mouse, and software related to job duties\. + Excellent hand\-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools\. + Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for tasks\. + Good vision, including the ability to focus on small details and identify defects\. + Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issues\. + Willingness to follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed\. + Ability to work in environment with exposure to various chemicals, dust and odors, and various machine heat cycles\. **What we offer you in return** + 80 hours of Personal Time Off \(PTO\) + 120 hours Vacation time12\-13 paid holidays per year + 6 weeks parental leave + Tuition reimbursement + Competitive salary + Comprehensive health insurance + On\-site fitness center + Access to Employee Resource Groups + And so much more It's time to make your mark on the future of aviation\.
