**Job Title: MIG Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to fabricate and MIG weld metal doors used for manholes, handholes, vaults, culverts, utility boxes, and storm water systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in welding and blueprint reading. **Responsibilities** + Fabricate and MIG weld metal doors for various utility systems. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication. + Perform welding tasks using MIG techniques. + Ensure all welding work meets quality standards. + Work collaboratively with the team to achieve production goals. **Essential Skills** + 2-3+ years of welding experience. + Proficient in MIG welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with aluminum fabrication. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + TIG welding on stainless steel is a plus. + Experience with stick welding, production, fitting, and assembly. **Why Work Here?** Join a stable company offering advancement opportunities and pay increases. It is an industrial setting that can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter, but it is well-ventilated and clean for a weld/assembly shop.
