Job Responsibilities:

Follow and enforce all plant safety rules and policies.

Understand and promote Magns's philosophies.

Welding- Mig, Tig, and arc cutting torch.

Machining- mill, lathe, grinder, drill press, brake press, ironworker, shear, saw, plasma table.

Hand tools - grinders, drill

Must be able to work from blueprints and sketches.

Must be able to design and make tools, fixtures and fittings.

Has working knowledge of preheating steel or casting and welding rods.

To make all types of elements as required.

Maintain all welding equipment.

Operate a variety of small machines, tools and equipment.

To flame harden and flame cut as required.

Promote good housekeeping (5S) TPM

Perform other duties as required.

Operate a forklift and overhead crane.
