About the Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Fabricator/ Welder to join our team in Warrington. You will manufacture, install, and commission various test rigs for internal and external clients. You will be required to fully understand and work to manufacturing drawings including working to method statements and risk assessments. Work from written and verbal instructions to achieve a quality product and follow company H&S and quality procedures.
Responsibilities\:
Promote the manufacturing processes and ensure they are followed. Aim to achieve end goals set by the manufacturing co-ordinator. Ensuring targets are met and any issues resolved in a timely manner. Lead by example in areas of quality and health & safety. Control of work or re-work using factory route sheets and ensure information is passed to the works office. Promote standards including H&S, quality and the 5S standard within the workshop facility. A close attention to personal safety and to the safety of others. Suggest improvements to work methods and facilities.
