Temp-to-Hire position$23.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:00pm)Fabricate & Manufacture Metal Parts for precise, high-quality assemblyInterpret Blueprints with attention to detail, ensuring exact specifications for every pieceCreate Strong, Clean Welds that meet the highest standards of durability and precisionConduct Rigorous Testing on all output to ensure weld strength and tolerance meet or exceed expectationsFabricator/Welder Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED requiredMin of 5 years previous welding Experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial settingBlueprint Reading Expertise and familiarity with common welding symbols for precise executionProficiency with Welding Tools & Techniques, including MIG, TIG welding, metal fabrication, grinding, and finishing metalsPhysical Stamina to stand, crouch, and occasionally lift heavy equipment with ease.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
