As a General Facilities Tech, your strong attention to detail and commitment to overall functionality allows for a safe, efficient and comforting environment for both staff and patients throughout the facility.

STATUS: Part Time             

LOCATION:  Clifton Springs Nursing Home

DEPARTMENT: Facilities

SCHEDULE: Days 730a-4p, three days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance. Assist in delivering supplies, equipment maintenance, room turnover, emergency response, patient and/or specimen transport and routine housekeeping functions; ensure a clean, safe and functional working environmentTechnical Support. Evaluate broken equipment and perform minor repairs; provide extra support for other technician such as restocking, and set up of equipment.  Security. Provide security support services as needed

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
