About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to support our contract team in a government client environment. This part-time role, based onsite in Sydney CBD, is ideal for an organized professional looking to contribute to a high-performing facilities management team.

As a Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating contract documentation, supporting contractor management, and ensuring compliance with workplace policies.

Key Responsibilities

General administration, including filing, photocopying, handling calls and queries, and preparing correspondence Assisting with contract documentation such as manuals, plans, reports, and meeting minutes Supporting contractor management and liaising with stakeholders Managing the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for preventative and reactive work Processing incoming invoices accurately and efficiently Ensuring compliance with OHS and environmental policies and procedures

About You

Experience in a similar administrative role Knowledge of QA, OH&S, and environmental systems Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to change Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to generate high-quality reports

Preferred Skills (Desirable but Not Essential)

Experience in facilities management, building services, or engineering Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Training in HSEQ and QA-related disciplines

Qualifications

Essential:

Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent Formal qualifications in Administration or Management (Diploma or Certificate equivalent)

Desirable:

Additional training in HSEQ or QA disciplines
