The Facility Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience every day through enhanced engagement, proactive communication and high touch service within a select portfolio of properties.  Under the direction of the Facility Manager,the Facility Ambassador will be expected to increase the level of engagement and partnership between JLL, our service partners and our clients to provide superior service delivery while enhancing their individual personal and professional skills. The role is Client facing and the Facility Ambassador must be able to exhibit exceptional time management and customer service and communication skills.

Serve as a point of contact for all Client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, complements and feedback related to the services within the workplace, with the primary goal of positively impacting the care and comfort of Client employees and guestsIntuitive service delivery, anticipating needs or concerns and exceeding client expectationsBuilds meaningful lasting relationships with Client employees and guests, carrying a hospitality calling cardReceives and responds to all requests or issues within established SLA’s, including a personal follow up to Client employees to ensure questions / requests are answered.Ensure office is adequately stocked with mail suppliesStock copy rooms and printing devices with paper, toner supplies and office supplies.Service copy machines when needed; respond to paper jams, replace interchangeable parts when necessary.Organize and replenish break rooms with coffee supplies.  Maintain cleanliness of breakrooms by wiping counters and equipment when needed, daily.Walk facility and log work orders for building issues that require attention (torn carpet, damaged ceiling tiles, lights out, etc.)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalentSecurity Clearance Needed – TS/SCI with poly3 – 5 years prior experience in hospitality, facility / property management, operations and/or knowledge of commercial real estate, preferredProven mailroom experience.Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitalityAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentHighly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer serviceAbility to work independently – strong prioritization and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionallyProficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook)

Knowledge of Corrigo is a plus 

Knowledge of reprographic equipment operations a plus 

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:

56,000.00 – 56,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
