Position Type: Full time contract

SHIFTS : 7:30 AM-3:30 PM PST

As a Facilities Analyst you will

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tFacilitates team relationships to ensure a thorough understanding of the organization's needs and requirements and the continuous improvement of contractual processes.\r\n\tGenerates plans, acquires materials, and schedules services for facilities activities.\r\n\tCommunicates with internal and external suppliers and customers to provide information regarding adherence to scheduled activities.\r\n\tMay research open jobs and validate and confirm availability of labor and non-labor resources (e.g., tools, parts) and assets (e.g., machinery, building, equipment) in order to meet customer service requests, government requirements (e.g., environment, safety), and planned maintenance activities.\r\n\tSupports efforts to review, create, improve, and document processes and procedures related to facilities operations by creating basic documents.\r\n\tMay participate in meetings with other organizations such as SHEA, SM&P, Document Control, Legal, Security and Fire, IT) to create and validate processes.\r\n\tParticipates in and supports elements of projects.\r\n\tCompletes assigned projects.\r\n\tWorks to assigned schedule.\r\n\tWith limited supervision, collects and logs accurate data from various systems.\r\n\tPerforms analysis using developed tools.\r\n\tAssists in making recommendations and implementing improvements.\r\n\tConducts basic research using varied media (such as internet, reports) to support assigned tasks.\r\n\tReceives and inputs internal and external customer requests for services or goods related to buildings, equipment, and systems.\r\n\tSupports and coordinates the processing of routine requests to meet customer needs.\r\n\tWith supervision and in a limited role, provides technical support, training, and troubleshooting assistance for various facilities systems or processes.\r\n\tEnsures that configuration control is maintained for data, processes, equipment, and documents.\r\n\tSupports efforts to resolve business operation problems. \r\n\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n• Microsoft Office experience (Powerpoint, Excel, Word ect
\r\n• operate in multiple systems (mainframes, databases, ordering systems)
\r\n• facilitate and lead meetings.

\r\n\r\n

Pay Range : $40.00 to $45.00 per hour.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
