Directs multiple consulting teams on complex Integrated Workplace Management and Enterprise Asset Management implementation, enhancement, integration or audit projects. Oversees the customer`s business goals, objectives, needs and the general business environment. May have budgetary responsibilities. Expertise in a variety of the field`s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

 

 In this role, you will:

Define key areas of strategic focus and design of new solutions management including infrastructure and solution development, and overall resource planningSchedule and facilitate recurring meetings with the customers to document delivery and solution pain points and develop plans for improvementSpearhead development and continuous improvement of client deliverable templates and standard procedures, aligning standard practices across the global team, incorporating lessons learned and best practicesProvide mentoring for junior members of the team in the areas of functional, technical and project managementCoordinate resource planning activities across the portfolio of real estate technology projects, ensuring existing resources are expanding their skill sets to align with future client needs and supporting human resources with hiring of resourcesIdentify and manage opportunities, along with vendor product and sales leadership to identify, research and develop sales opportunitiesServe as a key subject matter expert on industry panel discussions, client oral presentations and in knowledge transfer sessions to increase awareness of real estate technology offerings. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. A Master's Degree is HIGHLY PREFERRED!A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required.Consulting across a global portfolio to deliver IBM TRIRIGA solutions for Real Estate and Facility OperationsDeveloping Real Estate portfolio and information technology strategy for customer organizationsBreadth of understanding in Real Estate, Lease Administration, Capital Project Management, Space and Move Management processes and data management for complex organziationsDepth of understanding in Internet of Things, Machine Learning and optimization for Facilities and Real Esate use casesStrong relationships with customers and stakeholders for successful project deliveryBusiness Process Optimization expertise and communication with stakeholdersJira and Microsoft Azure DevopsDevelopment: TRIRIGA, Matlab, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, SQL, AngularJS, Google Polymer, Ruby, Ruby on RailsEnergy and sustainability auditing, baselining, policy and management for use with Building energy modelingEnergy star building and portfolio scoring and carbon footprint calculationsAbility to leverage Agile Development Methodologies with developer teamsUp to 10% of travel may be required.
