**Required Education/Experience** + Bachelor's Degree and 2 Years Related work experience or + Associate's Degree and 4 Years Related work experience or + High School Diploma/GED and 5 Years Related work experience **Relevant Work Experience** + Minimum two years of experience supervising staff responsible for fleet automotive and equipment repair, required. + Minimum of two years of experience with fleet vehicles and equipment, required. + Minimum of three to five years' experience as a professional mechanic, required. + Two years' experience working in the field of fleet vehicle and equipment maintenance and repairs, preferred. + Two years' experience using vehicle and auto parts management inventory software, preferred. + Two years' experience leading and building dynamic teams, preferred. **Skills and Abilities** + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Demonstrated customer service skills + Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities + Effective interpersonal skills + Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc. **Licenses and Certifications** + Driver's License Required **Physical Demands** + Work in, under, and on top of all types of company vehicles and/or equipment + Ability to travel to company locations to work on storm restoration and heat contingencies + Work with equipment with a manufacturer weight rating of 350lbs **Additional Physical Demands** + Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
