What you'll do as: Facilities and Maintenance Associate

Identifying and addressing minor plumbing issuesRepairing or replacing fixtures, faucets, and pipesPerforming routine inspections to prevent plumbing problemsTroubleshooting and repairing light switches, outlets, and electrical fixturesOperating machinery and equipment used in maintenance and construction

Work Experience

Experience in painting, carpentry, light plumbing, and electrical workAbility to operate different types of tools and machinery effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience in maintaining facility cleanliness and functionalityAbility to work independently and as part of a team
