Facilities and Office Services Coordinator

Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking a Facilities & Office Services Coordinator in NYC. The hours are 8am - 5pm five days in their Midtown Office.

Responsibilities:

Order and stock office supplies and kitchen/grocery ordersMaintain and clean up conference roomsWork with vendors, submit invoices for payments, and schedule (cleaning, plant tending, etc.) appointmentsSet up catering orders and handle ID badges for visitorsAct as a liaison with building managementSubmit expense reports on behalf of office managerManage mail distributionCover reception when needed and perform ad hoc duties/run errands

Qualifications:

Degree required or a minimum of two years in a similar positionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft SuiteStrong organizational skillsNo task too small or too big attitude

Compensation/Benefits:
