WATER QUALITY PLATFORM
Water Quality (‘WQ”) Platform is part of the Environmental & Applied Solutions reporting segment and is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater, and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications. Our water quality business provides products under a variety of brands, including Hach, Trojan Technologies, McCrometer and ChemTreat. WQ Asia has sales offices in India, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
About Role
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Quality, ISO and Facilities Co-Ordinator is responsible for fulfilling the office administration needs, quality and ISO requirements collaboratively with the Water Quality Team and the HSE Advisor to manage an effective and efficient Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001.
This position is part of the Operations Department located in Dandenong South and will be hybrid.
What You'll Be Doing (Job Responsibilities)
Support the overall office operational efficiency by collaborating with other departments heads to fulfil the day-to-day staff and office needs, including but not limited to managing suppliers, maintenance, coordinating events and meetings.
Advise on matters related to IMS processes
Conduct internal audits to assess compliance against the requirements of ISO 9001
Collaborate with staff to develop and implement IMS processes
Create, review and revise IMS documentation
Assist staff to investigate complaints, quality-related non-conformances and improvement recommendations
Effectively communicate changes to relevant staff
Manage / oversee systems to keep track of staff qualifications, equipment calibration and reference standard expiries
What We Are Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)
A minimum of five years’ experience in developing and implementing quality management systems with similar industry
Proven experience in office administration
Demonstrated success assisting companies within similar industries to achieve and/or manage ISO 9001-compliant management systems
Proven experience in conducting internal audits
Formal training in ISO 9001 is preferred.
