**Responsibilities:**
· Log and proactively resolve facilities issues.
· Monitor and respond to client requests.
· Conduct regular quality inspections to assess office appearance and conditions.
· Provide high-quality customer service at all times.
· Manage meeting room setups and supplies.
· Support department colleagues with logistics and administrative tasks.
· Assist with event setup and coordination.
· Support office moves and changes.
· Contribute to a strong safety culture.
· Log and address safety hazards.
· Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
· Coordinate and supervise supplier personnel and subcontractors.
· Provide support to service providers and visitors.
· Track and resolve supplier-related issues.
**Requirements:**
· Fluency in English and Polish (both spoken and written).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proactive problem-solving abilities.
· Strong customer service orientation.
· Experience in a customer service environment.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
