Description Are you a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to problem-solving? Robert Half is seeking a Part-Time Facilities Assistant to assist with quality testing of products for a rapidly growing local company. Responsibilities: + Conduct regular testing of samples to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications (Source: RH Acronym Guide.docx). + Analyze test results and document findings thoroughly, providing detailed reports on any identified deviations or defects. + Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly. + Monitor and record key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality and testing outcomes. + Maintain and calibrate testing equipment as needed to ensure reliable operation (Source: QA Documentation Standards). + Ensure proper documentation and archiving of all testing data for audit and traceability purposes. Requirements Qualifications: + Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, or janitorial work is a plus but not required. + Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with team members, vendors, and visitors. + Basic proficiency in operating tools, equipment, and Microsoft Office Suite or similar software Join a team that values reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail.
