Currently, we are looking to hire an experienced Facilities Assistant/IT Coordinator to join our Utrecht/Rotterdam office on a permanent basis.

The role
To ensure the smooth running of our Netherland’s office, we are looking for someone dynamic and versatile to join our support team whilst being a go-to person for external providers. The successful candidate will be based in our Utrecht office and also guarantee the access and functioning of the IT material required for ERMers in other locations, and hold responsibilities such as general administrative tasks, reception, and broad facilities management.
Responsibilities will be as follows:
• Provide Local IT Support
• Responsible for the operational functioning (maintain office equipment & ensure a tidy and clean office) of the office and ensuring the office is up to our Health & Safety standards.
•Responsible for the implementation and execution of EVA notification systems for staff and visitors
• Administrative work: mail/post, mailboxes, access to office, parking, new joiners
• Maintain the office / office kitchen: organize regular clean-up, check on supplies for kitchen, check on general office status to be safe and clean
• Welcoming the visitors to our office
• Managing the desk booking system (Condeco)
• Act as contact for the meeting rooms and ensure they are always ready for meetings and welcoming external visitors
• Manage and renew our local & BeNe office contracts, parking and keep track of our voicemail
Profile sought
The successful candidate will be comfortable in multi-tasking, having benefitted from a first experience handling administrative tasks in a multinational environment.
You must be comfortable working in English to liaise and understand requests coming from other offices, and take pride in being a clear communicator comfortable dealing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
You are naturally organized and plan your work in order to meet required deadlines and embrace interacting with people from all backgrounds and nationalities.
