Job Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities equipment.Monitor inventory of facility supplies and materials.Assist in setting up and arranging meeting rooms and workspaces.Conduct safety checks and report any hazards or issues.Support facility security measures and access control.Respond to facility-related requests and inquiries from employees.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures.Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.Strong organizational skills for managing supplies and materials.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Attention to detail in inspecting and maintaining facilities.Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
