**Job Title: Facilities Chief Supervisor** **Job Description** Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and utilities management of process support equipment, and site utilities at multiple locations. The Chief Operating Engineer must lead individuals and teams to provide high-level service delivery to the client. **Responsibilities** + Coordinate activities for management of all site utilities + Ensure all job responsibilities, reports, etc. are completed on time + Prepare management scorecard information + Serve as the single point communication with Utilities (Water, Natural Gas, Electricity) + Prepare and monitor site utilities budget + Prepare and monitor project budget plans + Enter all monthly utility readings into Automotive System + Approve all monthly utility bills for payment + Monitor site electrical use using Energy OnStar, and compressed air using 'Air Technologies' websites + Conduct Powerhouse labor relations activities with UAW Leadership + Conduct all hiring interviews for Stationary Engineers + Plan work schedule for overtime & vacation to support 24/7, 365 days Stationary Engineer operations + Administer CFC/Refrigerant Tracking Data Base + Procure all material/parts required + Manage vendors in accordance with all Safety, and Environmental protocols + Organize, plan, manage, and provide 'real-time' feedback to the Facility Manager during planned and unplanned utility shutdowns **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 5 years operation and maintenance experience + 5 – 10 years Facilities Management / Supervision + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Building Management Systems + Understanding of Chillers and Refrigerant Monitoring Systems + Experience with Gas Fired Steam Boilers / RO System / Water Treatment + Knowledge of Compressed Air / Instrument / Zero + Familiarity with Preventative & Predictive Maintenance + Direct Reports: (9) UAW Represented Stationary Engineers for 24/7 operation **Why Work Here?** Our full-time benefit package includes 401K, Cafeteria Plan, Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, and Disability (available after 90 days).
