Facilities Clerk (Part-Time, Temp)
**Adecco Staffing** is working with a manufacturing company in Jaffrey, NH to bring on a temp, part-time Facilities Clerk. **Hours:** 20 hours per week (Flexible schedule) **Pay:** $22 per hour **Position Summary:** The Facilities Clerk will provide support to the Facilities Department, primarily focusing on the Machine Shop, Maintenance, and other areas as needed at the Jaffrey, NH facility. **Principal Responsibilities:** + Administer Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Work Order Systems. + Summarize all PMs weekly and monthly per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). + Ensure proper prioritization of all Work Orders. + Document changes and modify procedures following document change control protocols. + Create and manage MS Excel documents to support Engineering and Maintenance teams. + Complete tasks in compliance with GMP, ISO regulations, and safety guidelines. + Provide backup support for reception duties. + Perform other related duties as assigned. **Education / Experience Requirements:** + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Experience within an Engineering and Maintenance department is preferred. + Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required. **Specialized Skills & Other Requirements:** + Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. + Previous SAP experience required. + Strong attention to detail. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Eagerness to learn, accept challenges, and adapt to change. + Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. + Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset.
