We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to join our EKFB facilities team based on site in Milton Keynes
Location: On site - Milton Keynes travel to other sites across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire may be required.
Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Facilities Co-ordinator, you'll be working within the FM team, supporting them in delivery of FM contract requirements.
Your day to day will include:
Managing and overseeing CEMAR. Raising requests for various works (maintenance, reactive and remedials) and following through to ensure all required documentation is added and approved prior to works taking place. Monitoring Concept to ensure all hard fm works are recorded, carried out on time and jobs closed out correctly. Ensuring all statutory compliance is completed on time and documentation on file, both Concept and CEMAR Ensuring all H&S paperwork (RAMS, COSHH, Permits) are completed and documents available for compliance and audit purposes on CEMAR

You must have facilities managementknowledge and have previous experience within a similar role specifically within an FM team / Department Knowledge of the use of contract and customer/client systems (where appropriate) Strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel & M PowerPoint, business finance systems and other contract specific systems) Excellent organisational and communication skills
