Job Summary:
\nUnder the direction of the Director of Support Services, the Facilities Support Personnel is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment for Aviva clients and staff. This role involves responding to maintenance and facility support requests, handling deliveries and pick-ups, and assisting with various maintenance tasks. Duties and assignments are typically provided by the Lead Maintenance person in accordance with instructions from the Director of Support Services.

Essential Functions:

\n\n\n\tEnsure a safe and clean environment , securing all tools, equipment, and chemicals to prevent client access at all times.\n\tPerform basic maintenance tasks including changing lights and ballasts, painting, replacing AC filters, etc., to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facilities.\n\tAddress minor emergencies such as spills, broken windows, etc.\n\tMaintain the cleanliness and safety of both interior and exterior common areas.\n\tEnsure that bathrooms are clean and  maintained throughout the day.\n\tOrganize and maintain the maintenance office and other supply rooms.\n\tSet up, break down, and clean meeting rooms.\n\tEnsure paper stock is maintained in all machines, handle paper jams, and replace toner.\n\tAble to use tools\n\tStock and issue office supplies as requested.\n\tKeep the copy room orderly.\n\tSort and distribute mail as needed.\n\t\n\t\tPerform various maintenance and support tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of office facilities.\n\t\n\t\n\n#HSSB
