In this role, you are responsible for all aspects of experience-focused services including soft services, amenity programming, customer experience training, and operations. You will oversee an integrated service offering that creates memorable experiences within our client’s space that are a key differentiator for how our client’s organization is perceived and valued and positively impacts how the workplace is experienced by our Client’s employees and guests. 
 

What your day-to-day will look like:

Responsible for providing strategic, cross-functional support for your region and your team to ensure the successful execution of Hospitality and the client’s real estate business priorities.  You will own the stakeholder experience within your region, ensuring we are delivering an exceptional experience to the associates as well as guests coming to the client’s corporate campuses. This includes the ordering, management, and stocking of general office/kitchen supplies

Support large on-site events as needed

Assist with catering and room set-up as needed

Manage and coordinate work with third-party vendors, including tracking work order completion, vendor and client follow-up, and reviewing subcontractor invoices

Act as backup for the Receptionist as needed  

Ensure all site management and operations practices follow company, (MSA) Master Service Agreement requirements, and client standards  

Communicate/Escalate with appropriate parties (client, vendors, etc.) as needed 

Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

Required:

2+ years or equivalent experience in real estate, hospitality, multi-unit retail, startups, consulting, customer service, or related experience.

Strong demonstrated capability of navigating complex and sensitive conflict resolution, and impactful influencing skills, internal and external. 

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced heavily matrixed environment.

Strong analytical/financial aptitude.  Ability to gather data, assess situations, and quickly develop solutions.

Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Pay $26.44 - 31.25/

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:

55,000.00 – 65,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
