**Facilities Coordinator** Location **Seattle, WA** Job Function **Asset Services** Employment Status **Regular, Full-Time, Non-Exempt** Apply Now (https://phe.tbe.taleo.net/phe03/ats/careers/v2/applyRequisition?org=ALEXANDRIARE&cws=40&rid=1306) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Assist in managing the day to day tasks of the 3rd party janitorial, maintenance, security, and garage staff. + Interact and communicate with tenants to ensure maintenance and repairs are handled properly and efficiently + Support tenant meetings through scheduling and agenda creation. + Maintain tenant and vendor contact lists. + Follow up with tenants to ensure satisfaction with tenant work requests. + Work with our third party insurance certificate vendor BCS to maintain current and complete certificates of insurance for all tenants and vendors. + Responsible for drafting and sending distribution email blasts to tenants. + Assist in planning tenant events. + Provide Unifier (major projects accounting program) support to both Capital Projects and Asset Service Teams including project set up, budget revisions, invoice processing, etc. + Support Regional Leadership through meeting scheduling, expense report generation and other administrative duties. + Participate in the ongoing development and support of our tenant workorder and preventative maintenance system (Angus). + Special projects/assignments as needed Qualifications and Experience: + Bachelor’s degree in Facility Engineering, or related technical field preferred + Knowledge of building systems, systems commissioning, and systems design + Working knowledge in the field of property management, building design and/or real estate, with an interest in lab space, highly desirable + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with CAD, BMS systems and maintenance work request systems a plus. + Client service-oriented attitude a must + High attention to detail and organizational skills + Proficient problem-solving, analytical, and ability to follow directions a must The expected base hourly wage range for this position is $31.25 to $40.87 USD hourly, plus annual discretionary bonus.
