Position Summary: The Facilities Coordinator will be the first point of contact for the management of daily facility maintenance and repair requests from Athletico clinics. The Facilities Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Facilities team by coordinating work orders, scheduling outside vendors, maintaining records involving maintenance and repairs and fulfill budget/accounting documentation requirements associated with these tasks. The incumbent will also help support Project Managers with various tasks related to the opening, relocating, expanding and remodeling of Athletico facilities.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Receives and dispatches facility service requests/repairs/maintenance to the appropriate staff, vendors or other services providers, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction. Schedules and monitors maintenance activities to minimize impact on the business.Provide immediate response to work orders and emergency situations while working with facilities staff and clinical teams to coordinate repairs and corrective measures as appropriate.Coordinate proposals for new and repetitive maintenance and repairs.Maintains a database of vendors, service providers and other resources.Tracks the completion of preventative maintenance tasks according to prescribed schedules.Review leases to determine Landlord vs. Tenant maintenance and repair obligations prior to proceeding with any work. Coordinate work with Landlord or property manager as necessary.Provide ongoing assistance for facility-related invoice processing.Review and process timely all administrative requests to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.Coordinate with utility companies for new and existing centers, including ordering of new service, changes and disconnections.Perform various miscellaneous tasks to help support the project management teamAbility to work with various municipalities regarding permits and other similar requirementsCommunicate with local managers regarding various projectsProvide administrative support to the facilities teamVisit clinics to coordinate clinic moves or assess damage as directed by Facilities Project Manager

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in-depth work experienceWork Experience:1-2 years of experience in a comparable positionKnowledge and Technical Skills:Ability to meet deadlinesIntermediate MS Office skills including Excel, Work and OutlookExperience establishing and maintaining relationship with individual at all levels of the organization

Language Skills:

Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
