They ensure our teams can connect, collaborate and innovate in a space built to support their success. From securing our campuses to making sure our events go off without a hitch, Facilities is the human face of our company’s well-oiled onsite operation. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Coordinate service requests from field offices + Coordinate with third party service providers + Track preventative maintenance services to ensure contract compliance + Prepare and provide status reports,updates, and tracking of various projects and services + Assist with processing invoices for vendors + Manage purchase orders, procurement of FF&E, and tracking of related expenses + Support Facilities Managers as needed + Other duties as assigned **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **A successful Facilities Coordinator will have the following:** + High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 6 months of related experience + Excellent communication skills, both oral and written + Ability to work well with staff at all levels + Ability to adapt to a very fast paced environment while maintaining a high standard of excellence + Proficient Google suite skills, including: Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets and Slides + Extremely organized and detail oriented **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $20.72/Hour - $29.62/Hour **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits . Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
