We’re looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team! You will work with a JLL team at a JLL managed client campus in downtown Seattle, WA!
Location: Seattle, WA 98101
Type of Employment: Full-time w/JLL employee benefits within 1 month of employment
Schedule: On-site, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Reporting To: Assistant Facilities Manager

Provide general overall FM services including continuous monitoring of facility. Work with property managers to handle routine property management operations, including: procurement of property supplies and services, issuing purchase orders, managing bid requests and service/construction contracts, and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
What your day-to-day will look like:Administrative Function
Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team’s goals and objectivesProvide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requestedManage and maintain small facility management tasks as assignedCoordinate special events in support of client or JLLProvide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directedAssist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activitiesCommunication and Relationship Coordination
Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facilityAct as an interface with client, visitors and guestsEnsure appropriate follow up with customersProvide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruptionCompliance
Properly and effectively administer and maintain all security systemsAssist with budgetary requests, analysis and reportingAssist with researching, analyzing and reporting budget variancesAny and all other duties and tasks assigned.Required Skills and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years’ experience with Facility or Property AdministrationMust be located in Seattle metro area (relocation assistance is not available for this role)Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Superior customer service skills and orientationAbility to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situationsAbility to plan and manage work under time constraintsAbility to multitask and work without direct supervisionProficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skillsStrong organizational skills and collaborative styleMust be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reportsPreferred Skills and Experience:Military service or college education in facilities, property, business or related is desirable Three (3) years administrative/facilities experience supporting multiple people preferably in the commercial real estate industry
Estimated total compensation for this position:
52,900.00 – 69,992.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
