The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for acquiring, maintaining, and amending, revising, and renewing of all required federal, state, and local permits and associated licenses on a timely basis and in support of project schedules as necessary to support operation of TBC stores.  The Facilities coordinator will assist in dispatching of work orders within the network of warehouses and/or external processes that are focused on providing an elevated level of internal customer service in managing the repair process from service request through invoice.

Job Responsibilities Timely and consistent completion of, business license renewals, or other monthly reports and documentation Research, organize, and maintain business license records for complex and multiple facilities Task order administration, financial tracking and invoicing, and developing and maintaining documentation database and spreadsheets Achieve and maintain compliance with all current and future federal, state, county, and municipal operational licenses Communicate directly with, and establish and maintain strong working relationship with governmental agencies Provide quality assurance for the information provided to the regulatory agencies to ensure it is accurate, as required by the regulations, and meets TBC standards Advise management of compliance concerns and work with them to provide strategic solutions Additional Job Responsibilities Assure that acquired licenses and approvals are promptly distributed to store management along with appropriate guidance Work directly with other members of the department to assure compliance with the terms of all permits and the requirements of permits applicable to store operations Assist in the implementation of recordkeeping and reporting information systems including data collection processes Initiate, coordinate, and prepare the submittal of applications and reports, at times with minimal direction and supervision Prepare status reports for submission to management, and other reports/summaries related to work activities Other duties and/or requests as assigned by Executive Management. Continued Responsibilities Added Responsibilities Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent.  College degree or some college preferred. 1-3 years of relevant work experience Must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and consistently meet deadlines is essential Proven excellent organizational and coordinating skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines Proficient computer skills including Microsoft office applications Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment as well as autonomously Ability to work with both internal contacts and external vendors/contacts Excellent research, analytical, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills required Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Bilingual language Skills in Spanish/English are a plus.
