Partner with building management and suppliers for seamless maintenance, while managing our supplies seamlessly. Handle space and building access with top-notch security. Be the go-to person for electrifying office events and meetings, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Welcome and support new hires, clients, and guests with warmth and exceptional service. Here is some of what you will do:    

Assist the Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team’s goals and objectives.Provide facility-specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested.Support supplies management including ordering, intake, tracking, and replenishmentEnsure reception, meeting spaces, kitchens, and other common areas are clean and well-organized.Regularly check and clean kitchen appliances (e.g., microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine) as well as coordinate deep cleanings with janitorial staff.Encourage staff to follow kitchen etiquette and cleanliness practicesCoordinate and distribute outgoing and incoming mail/packagesSupport internal meetings through reservation management, room setups, and AV needs.Support physical access management through the creation and decommission of employee IDs, coordination of visitor access, and security sign-in protocols.  Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities with building management and/or external suppliers ensuring execution of work within the client environment with minimal disruption.Welcome employees, clients, and guests in a professional manner and act as a liaison to the space.Support the onboarding process by preparing welcome kits for new hires and providing basic orientation for new staff members regarding office space, amenities, and policies.Ensure timely and appropriate follow-up with employees, clients, and guests.Provide overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility.Manage and maintain facility management tasks as assigned.

Desired experience and technical skills  

Required

2+ years’ experience in facilities coordination, hospitality, customer service, or as a receptionist in a customer-facing role.High school diploma or GEDSuperior customer service skills and orientationMust be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have the capability of customizing administrative reports

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Pay $25 - 31 hourly.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

25.00 – 31.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
