Location: Brisbane, QLD

Role Overview: As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our facilities team and ensuring smooth operations. In addition to general facilities management duties, this position includes responsibilities within the mailroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Account Manager and senior facilities staff with vendor relationships and contract management. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facilities management. Support the tender process, including managing responses and information requests. Provide administrative support to the facilities management team. Manage mailroom operations, ensuring efficient handling and distribution of mail.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in facilities management is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
