Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the planning, organizing, executing, and communication of administrative tasks for the Restaurant Repair and Maintenance team. They will serve as a driver of collaboration between restaurants, RSO crew, and vendors. This role is based at the Plano RSO and reports to the Regional Director of Facilities.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
Maintains and updates statuses, contact information, and alignments within the Work Order (WO) system to ensure accuracySupports new restaurant opening (NRO) tasks, communicating with service providers, data mining, and addressing support needsAudits and updates databases to ensure accuracy and addressing support needsCreates and modifies scheduled services within work schedulesAssigns, retires, adds, and removes service providers from systems as neededSupports email, phone, and service channel activities related to technical issues, pricing updates, frequency changes, scope changes, and other needsFacilitates communication with internal and external business partners to coordinate services, share schedules, and maintain program scopes and servicesCompletes contracts for onboarded service providers and maintains the database of active providersReconciles and processes invoices, including invoice capture and account reconciliationSupports internal and external users of the work order systemMaintains contract records and COI renewalsSupports facilities projects, tests, and yearly service programs by tracking, creating WOs, staging communications, and assisting providers and crewResolves outstanding needs for crew and providers, including invoice research, processing, plan set sourcing, communication staging, pest control, and damage reportingQualificationsRequirements for Success:
2+ years of administrative experience or project support within the restaurant, retail, c-store, grocery, or logistics industriesExperience in CMMS (specifically Service Channel), Workday, SharePoint, Smartsheet’s, and DocuSignMicrosoft Proficient/Master: Excel, PowerPoint, and WordDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changingStrong decision-making capabilities and able to deliver within tight deadlinesSelf-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsAble to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaborativelyAble to work at the Dallas Restaurant Support Office located in Plano, TX
