Job Summary:

JLL is on the hunt for a dynamic Facility Coordinator to join our team at a prestigious Insurance Company's Headquarters in Atlanta, GA. If you're passionate about creating seamless experiences and ensuring top-notch facility operations, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Customer Service:

Be the go-to person for guests, visitors, and employees, ensuring everyone feels welcome and supported.

Coordinate special events with flair and professionalism.

Tackle spontaneous and unique situations with a collaborative spirit and a problem-solving mindset.

Master the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and help the team achieve stellar Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and client satisfaction scores.

Analyze monthly client service request summaries to identify and resolve recurring issues, ensuring accuracy in deliveries.

Evaluate and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Operations:

Assist teams with building service issues, manage work requests, maintain records, and support operational audits.

Collaborate with facility management and engineering teams to keep projects on track and proactively solve potential problems.

Conduct site inspections and demonstrate a keen understanding of associated metrics.

Continuously seek ways to improve processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction.

Vendor Relations:

Manage and coordinate vendors, track work order completion, resolve invoice issues, and communicate unresolved items.

Assist with scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities.

Finance:

Support budgetary requests, financial analysis, reporting, and purchasing.

Help achieve facility-specific cost savings goals.

Act as a liaison to the JLL finance team and other account team members.

Required:

High school diploma or GED

2+ years of experience in facility or property administration

Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite

Desired:

Bachelor's degree or recent facilities experience
