Overview:

·       Pay: $26.50 - $37 an hour

·       Schedule: 6:00am – 2:30pm (Monday – Friday)

·       Location: Seattle, WA (Georgetown)

·       Weekly pay

 

Job Description:

Local non-profit clinic system looking to hire a Facilities Coordinator to oversee facilities services at their 50+ locations throughout the Seattle area. This position will be on-site at the Georgetown location. Job duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

·       Coordinate facilities services (janitorial, security, service agreements etc.)

·       Dispatch in-house maintenance technicians and external contractors

·       Manage the work order system

·       Coordinating more complicated work orders that require some research and time

 

Qualifications:

·       Minimum experience is 2 years in a facilities coordinator position or similar role. More experience preferred.

·       Experience coordinating ongoing facilities services like janitorial, security guards, landscaping and preventive service agreements related to elevators, fire systems, backflow prevention etc. is required. Facilities experience and knowledge about facilities maintenance and repair is strongly preferred.

·       Exceptional attention to detail and follow through, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to prioritize

effectively are key. Capable of documenting standards, processes, etc.

·       Ability to learn very quickly and to work both independently and collaboratively with other team members.

·       Local travel between sites using reliable personal vehicle required. Mileage and parking fees for site visits are reimbursed.
