**Responsibilities:**
+ Providing a cooperative environment for employees, ensuring the highest possible level of engagement and proactivity and superior customer service
+ Managing the onsite facilities team and cooperating with the technical team
+ Daily coordination of cleaning and technical services onsite, cooperation with other service providers (food, security, projects etc.)
+ Ensuring all customer queries are addressed timely and in a professional manner
+ Acting as a 1st point of contact for all employees regarding facilities tasks and issues
+ Acting as a 1st point of contact for the landlord and all external services and suppliers
+ Assisting in the procurement of vendors, benchmarking and new supplier registration
+ Ensuring all financial management requirements are completed in timely and accurate manner (POs, accruals, annual budget)
+ Conducting regular health and safety audits to ensure all safety procedures are in place and working properly, overseeing EHS compliance for the office and suppliers
+ Coordination of building evacuation team, office fire drills, first aid trainings
+ Managing office wide communication with employees and managers- office procedures, events, announcements of reviews and maintenances
+ Office events planning and organization (facilities related), assisting with client’s events
+ Recruitment process for new hires and reception covers
**Requirements:**
+ 5+ years of experience in facilities management/real estate/hospitality industry
+ Experience in team management
+ Bachelor/Master degree preferred
+ Very good Polish and English (both in speaking and writing)
+ Ability to work independently and effectively in a complex and high paced environment
+ Ability to empower others to achieve results through motivation, recognition and performance feedback
+ Goal - oriented- able to focus on all performance targets
+ Very good time management skills
+ Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
