Facilities Coordinator

BGIS is seeking a proactive and organized Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic team based in Berwick, VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Help support the day-to-day operations of facilities with vendor management and monitoring. Accurate Data entry and review Coordinate scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Liaise with service providers, contractors, and internal teams to address operational needs. Maintain accurate records of building operations, inspections, and reports. Ensure facilities meet all regulatory requirements and company policies Support Helpdesk Functions Support contract reporting needs

Qualifications:

Previous experience in facilities or property management is desirable. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and data entry Ability to work autonomously and within a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of relevant safety and compliance standards is an advantage.
