About the Corporate Facilities Team 

The Corporate Facilities team is integral to the overall success of the organization. The Corporate Facilities team is responsible for upkeep and maintenance of all our corporate campuses. The Facilities team works closely with partners in all brands to drive this effort. 

Overview of the Facilities Coordinator role  

This position will be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance of our buildings. 

Responsibilities 

Helps manage the Facilities SF requests  Creates and follows up on repairs work orders  Performs basic facility maintenance  Manages flow of all incoming/outgoing samples to/from the warehouse  ERT (Emergency Response Team) member  Operate a computer and communicate via telephone  Transport materials and equipment and lift, move, and carry objects up to 50 pounds on a limited basis  Escort vendors during visits, ensuring adherence to site protocols.  Implements and executes all programs associated with facilities management of multiple offices to include work orders, building maintenance, and cleanliness  Manage and restock supplies, ensuring availability as needed.  Organize storage spaces and maintain inventory records using a client's technology tool, coordinating with Facilities Manager for reordering supplies.  Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders by addressing complaints or issues promptly and professionally.  Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and actively participate in safety drills.  Performs other duties as assigned 

 

Knowledge and Skills 

Must have exceptional attention to detail.  Related experience in Facilities Services.  Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.  Must be a self-starter and driven.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.  Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.  Ability to adjust to a fluctuating operations volume, and the pressures of a time sensitive delivery schedule. 

 

 Criteria 

High School Diploma required, Associate degree preferred  1-3 years of retail, customer service and warehouse environment  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CAD required  Working knowledge of work order management systems   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  Well-organized, high attention to detail, deadline-oriented  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Professional demeanor and ability to interact at the executive level   High level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation to make the Company successful   Demonstrated teamwork ability

The expected starting pay rate for this position is $28 - $32/hr. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
