**Facilities Coordinator** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to build strong relationships with internal and external customers. This role involves managing vendor relationships, overseeing purchasing needs, and ensuring cost efficiency. You will manage vendor selection and site walkthroughs, as well as oversee supply and equipment purchasing for various facilities improvement projects. **Responsibilities:** + Develop and maintain customer relationships. + Manage vendor relationships and purchasing needs. + Coordinate vendor solicitation, selection, and onboarding. + Monitor vendor compliance and resolve issues. + Manage supply and equipment formularies. + Place orders and track inventories. + Review and negotiate proposals and agreements. + Process invoices and track compliance. + Maintain department records and files. + Assist in budget development and expense tracking. + Coordinate procurement, maintenance, and repair projects. **Essential Skills:** + Knowledge of facilities procurement and maintenance. + Ability to build positive relationships. + Professional and ethical conduct. + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in basic computer functions. + Excellent communication and customer service skills. + Ability to multitask and prioritize. **Why Work Here?** We offer a hybrid work schedule after 1 year, provided you live in the Seattle area.
