Facilities Coordinator

**Overview**
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all required work and by attaining the utmost in customer satisfaction. In this role you will work, both independently and with a team, to complete all preventative maintenance, service, and repair.
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Provide daily management of tenant occupied office space to maintain efficient and smooth operation of the physical jobsites.
+ Inspect all areas of the building spaces occupied by client and report deficiencies as well as suggestions for improvement
+ Ensures assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use.
+ Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
+ Maintains the breakroom areas by refilling snacks, stocking kitchen area supplies and filling related employee breakroom supplies
+ Take daily inventory of snacks and record to monitor consumption. Determine when additional snacks must be ordered based on available quantity.
+ Maintain routine communication w/ the building landlord. Escalate outstanding issues and follow-up with any issues in the space that require landlord assistance.
+ Prepare space for special events, including setting up equipment and furniture.
+ Support site renovation work and furniture installation.
+ Coordinate relocations within the occupied space.
+ Provide scheduling for conference rooms as required for building occupants.
+ Assist with technical issues for conference room space. Escalate issues w/ client help desk or network administration team.
+ Assist in overseeing and inspecting the work of contractors, vendors and trade workers
+ Communicates well and works closely with vendors, contractors and with the management team to ensure the needs of the occupants in the facility are up to required standards
+ Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems.
+ Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
+ Maintains PM and Work Order system by entering work orders and assigning as necessary
+ Provides reports on open and closed orders and checks status with all necessary parties.
+ Maintains files on orders, proposals and all other necessary correspondence
+ Reviews vendor invoices and checks accuracy on completed paperwork submitted.
+ Review and coordinate work assignments; plan work to be performed and obtain necessary tools, equipment and materials
+ Administer necessary inventory control programs to ensure adequate spare parts and material inventories
+ Receives inbound mail/packages and sorts incoming mail.
+ Notifies recipients upon receipt of inbound deliveries and follows up to ensure all items have been received
+ Deliver all 1st Class Mail to recipients.
+ Manages outgoing mail, package transactions, and necessary postage delivering to the Post Office or local mailbox.
+ Prepare FedEx shipments and deliver to local FedEx drop-off office.
+ Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information
+ Performs duties associated with shipping and receiving of materials
+ Acts as point of contact for company personnel on mail/package inquiries
+ Handles special work assignments, projects and trouble calls.
+ Ensures safety standards are followed throughout facility.
+ Participates on emergency preparedness planning team.
**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Organizational Skills- Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, establish workflow priorities and work independently
+ Interpersonal Skills- Ability to physically perform duties at the speed, mobility and force necessary to the task
+ Communication Proficiency- Excellent oral communication skills
+ Basic technical capability to use BAS, email, work order platform(s) a
+ Technical Proficiency- Must possess appropriate and competitive level of experience and education/training to perform the job
**REQUIRED EDUCATION**
+ Associates Degree
+ Vocational/Technical training certificate(s)
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 4 years of related experience and/or trade school training.
**PREFERRED EDUCATION**
+ Bachelors or Masters Degree
**Compensation:** $45.00-47.00 per hour (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
