Description
First responder to VIP program and P1 requests: Act as first POC on all P1 and VIP program requests to ensure responsiveness and completion KPIs are met. Coordinate all efforts with the team while updating end users on progress to issue resolution. Maintain SLA compliance up at or above 97% for responsiveness and completion time as
a minimum standard.
Manage team workload and scheduling of work: Regular checks on team workloads to make sure work is distributed
appropriately to help with timely completion. Regular reports should be run and recommendations given on work order reassignment.
Maintain SLA in assigned area for response and completion time: Participate in weekly SLA reviews,and work with the team that is below standards on opportunities to improve. Maintain SLA compliance up at or above 97% for responsiveness and completion time as a minimum standard.
Monitor PMs and inspections to completion: Regularly report on progress for monthly PM completion. Assist FM and Engineering team with calling vendors to meeting PM completion deadlines. Maintain SLA compliance up at or above 97% for responsiveness and completion time as a minimum standard.
Review CSATs to share best practices and opportunities for improvement with employees and vendors: Review of incoming CSATs to follow up with employees and vendors that had a score below SLA standards to provide coaching and actions. Provide a list of perfect CSAT scores to leadership on a weekly bases to celebrate a job well done. Assist Workplace Services Manager with preparation for CSAT 123 call.
Assist Facilities Managers with vendor calls and scheduling: Provide assistance to Facilities Managers on vendor calls and scheduling to help with coordination of vendor support activities on campus.
Provide reports and trend analysis for work orders to leadership: Provide daily reports to FM team on key metrics as a guide and to call out areas of improvement. Pull trend reports to proactively identify issues that might need a strategy to rectify.
PO Creation: Lead Daily PO intake meeting, upkeep of the smartsheet, and create all necessary POs following process for PO creation.
Proactive work order generation: Generate proactive work orders for all found builidng deficiencies during
regular building rounds. Minimum requirement for proactive work order generation is 5 per week.
Training: 100% on time completion of all assigned training as a minimum standard.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- need some sort of data analytics experience, understanding computer/budget, not really facilities coordinator role but understanding how ticketing systems flow and in a professional environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00
