Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator for a contract position in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for supporting and coordinating a small team of multi-skilled operatives while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Support, monitor, and coordinate the performance of a small team of multi-skilled operatives. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors. Assist in managing on-site contractors to ensure compliance with required standards.Oversee the procurement of vendors and services, ensuring timely and accurate financial management processes.Manage purchase orders, monthly accrual reports, and finance trackers within the internal financial platform.Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments, maintaining the premises in optimal condition.Assist with implementing property risk management programs and monitoring disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Ensure compliance with established escalation and incident reporting procedures.Provide support for management reports, special projects, and ad-hoc duties.Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience: Previous experience in facilities coordination or a similar role is preferred.Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.Proficiency: Familiarity with financial management systems and reporting tools is a plus. Attributes: Team-oriented, proactive, and able to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge: Understanding of property risk management, safety protocols, and best practices in facilities management.
