The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the daily oversight and coordination of operations across multiple company locations. This role ensures that facilities run efficiently, equipment is maintained and operational, and employees have a safe and functional workspace. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, problem-solving, and collaboration to ensure the seamless execution of facility operations and projects.
Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple company locations, ensuring all facilities are clean, functional, and well-maintained. Coordinate the maintenance, repair, and replacement of facility equipment, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and other systems. Manage work order requests, track progress, and ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues. Vendor and Contractor Management: Schedule and coordinate vendor and contractor services, such as cleaning, landscaping, and equipment servicing. Conduct vendor performance evaluations and ensure all services meet quality standards. Inventory and Equipment Coordination: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of facility equipment and supplies, ensuring adequate stock for daily needs. Track and coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of equipment across locations. Facility Inspections and Compliance: Conduct regular inspections of all facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and areas for improvement. Ensure all locations comply with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. Employee Support and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related concerns, ensuring clear communication and quick issue resolution. Collaborate with department managers to support their specific facility needs and projects. Budget and Expense Management: Track and manage facility-related budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality. Review and approve invoices for facility services and equipment purchases. Project Management: Coordinate and oversee facility-related projects, such as office moves, renovations, and equipment installations. Develop timelines and schedules to minimize disruption to daily operations.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 4 (Four) years of equivalent experience. 5+ (Five) years of experience in facilities management, including coordinating equipment and managing multi-site operations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage day-to-day activities effectively. Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards. Experience working with vendors, contractors, and managing budgets. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Facility Manager [CFM], Facilities Management Professional [FMP]) are a plus. Experience with facilities management software or maintenance tracking tools. Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and energy-efficient practices.Work Environment and Travel:
Regular travel to company locations may be required. Availability to respond to urgent facility issues, sometimes outside of normal business hours.Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $66,918.69 to $ 100,378.03 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
