We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Facilities Services Coordinator to lead our Facilities Services across our vibrant offices in London, Birmingham, Crawley, and Maidstone. As the Facilities Services Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and improving our office environments. You'll work closely with the Regional Facility Manager and the Head of EMEA Facility Management, ensuring that all facilities services contribute positively to the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Excellence: Manage the performance of various service providers, including cleaning, catering, and stationery services. Keep our operations running smoothly by ensuring all service contracts are documented, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and reviewed quarterly. Project Leadership: Support exciting office relocations and major projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with IT and service partners to ensure a smooth transition. Operational Efficiency: Maintain a central repository of all critical Facilities Management information, including leases, service contracts, and maintenance schedules. Financial Oversight: Oversee the processing of facility-related invoices to ensure accurate allocations and timely quarter-closing activities. Additionally, handle sub-tenant invoicing and follow-ups for the UK South region. Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Provide essential support to the Regional Facility Manager and contribute to various facility initiatives as they arise.Required Knowledge & Experience:
Educational Background: You have a degree in Facilities Management or relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the field (including 2 years in a corporate office environment).Skilled Communicator: Your strong interpersonal and communication skills help you build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.Customer Service Champion: You have a passion for delivering an exceptional service experience, paired with a meticulous eye for detail.Adaptable and Organized: You demonstrate flexibility and self-planning abilities in a fast-paced environment, excelling in managing facilities services for offices with over 300 employees.Analytical Thinker: You're experienced in managing facility services through SLAs and performance reviews, with a robust knowledge of computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Why Join Us?
