Pay: $49500 - $68500 / year (paid hourly)

Schedule: M - F; 8a - 5p (some OT as needed)

Location: 333 N Green St, Chicago

The Facilities Coordinator at JLL is a dynamic role responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of facilities. This position combines operational management, customer service, and administrative skills to maintain a productive and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational abilities and excellent communication skills.
 

Responsibilities:

Manage daily facility operations, including work orders, building access, and vendor relationshipsOversee procurement of property supplies and servicesHandle financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and accounts processingMaintain inventory and order office and pantry suppliesSupport meetings and events, coordinating logistics and cateringPrepare workstations for new employees and manage office movesMonitor facilities and schedule maintenance activitiesParticipate in emergency response situationsAssist with tactical planning and project managementImplement cost-reduction and productivity-enhancing initiativesMonitor KPIs and SLAs, taking corrective actions as needed
 

Qualifications:

Experience in facilities management or similar field highly preferredProficiency in MS Office, especially ExcelExperience with CMMS/Work order systemsExcellent communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal)Superior customer service orientationAbility to maintain professionalism under pressureStrong organizational and time management skillsCapable of working independently and collaborativelyProactive problem-solving abilityAdaptability and flexibilityGED or High school diploma

Estimated total compensation for this position:

49,500.00 – 71,800.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
