About the Role: Assists in the coordination of facilities management related to building systems and assets for all company-owned Monro locations by performing the following duties. Compensation:  The hourly range for this role is $20.00 - $24.00. Pay will be determined based on experience level. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: + Dispatch vendors and/or in-house maintenance staff for equipment repair at stores. + Monitors and tracks work orders and progress to completion. + Maintains a dispatch database. + Prepares purchase orders for new equipment at the direction of management. + Receive and document service requests and conduct follow-ups with Store and District Managers. + Receive and process parts and supply requests. Other duties, as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: + High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three years of experience in an automotive/facilities/equipment related field required. + Must be comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. + Comfortable speaking on the phone with store teammates. + Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines. + Work independently, as well as in a team setting. + Think critically and creatively to problem solve and come up with solutions. + Strong communication skills, verbal and written. + Ability to interact and present ideas must be open to constructive criticism. + Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
