Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Facility Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service to clients and building occupants.Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Maintain a positive and welcoming environment.Review subcontractor proposals and contracts.Raise Purchase Orders (POs) as needed.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Enter security access requests into the client's system accurately and efficiently.Create and manage work orders to fulfill client requirements.Provide administrative support for reporting requirements.Self-manage workload to meet deadlines effectively.Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Assist in coordinating maintenance and repair activities.Monitor and report on facility conditions.Contribute to the development and implementation of facility procedures.Essential SkillsPrevious experience in facility management or a related field preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Positive attitude and professional demeanor.Punctuality and reliability.2+ years of experience in an administrative or operational role.Additional Skills & QualificationsProactive problem-solving skills.Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.Customer-oriented mindset.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Experience reviewing subcontractor quotes and raising purchase orders, ideally within JLL E1 platform.Ability to enter security access requests for subcontractors and new onboarding employees.Ability to enter work order requests on behalf of customers.Experience in providing outstanding customer service.Prior experience with JLL, CBRE, Cushman, or another service provider.Facilities Management/Coordinator experience from a Commercial Real-estate company.Work EnvironmentThis position is based in an office setting The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
