Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis (19 hours per week). This role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support to the facilities management function, ensuring efficient and smooth operations. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day facilities services and assisting in managing various aspects of facility operations for our client.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating maintenance, repairs, and general facilities operations.

Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining records and filing documents.

Coordinate with service providers and contractors to ensure that facilities-related issues are resolved promptly.

Manage internal requests and assist with troubleshooting facility-related concerns.

Support inventory management and procurement of facilities supplies.

Help prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Ensure that health and safety protocols are followed and contribute to creating a safe working environment.

Experience & Skills:

Previous experience in administrative or office support roles (entry-level considered).

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
